The whole cleaning staff needs to be fired. The managers of the cleaning staff need to be fired. Every single bathroom dirty looks like it has never been cleaned properly in years. I was there 10 hours not once did any bathroom get cleaned. The table that are supposed to be sterilized next to the patients bed look like they haven’t been cleaned properly since they bought them. They must have fixed their wait time procedures because I got in and out fast and the doctors were great.
My poor elderly uncle had been to Corewell Hospital three times And they kept sending him home without looking into his complaint of pain. I finally fought to have the paramedics take him to this facility. Dr. Michael Feld in the ER was a bright light after all the cruddy medical experiences this family has had. My uncle was in severe pain because with one scan, Dr. Feld could see that he was incredibly constipated and so much so that there’s damage to the stomach. Good except for the 3 hours I spent at the ER even though I was the only one in the waiting room when I arrived.
My experience had quickly declined right after I was put into a treatment room. I couldn't speak without extreme pain and the nurses and techs were all super helpful and understanding of what I was communicating to them. When I met the doctor (He never told me his name), he kept his back turned to me when he asked questions so I couldn't effectively communicate. He asked me to open my mouth so he could examine my throat and I was showing visible discomfort and extreme pain, yet he continued to not pay attention. He treated m... read more
