Came here for an emergency situation, the nurse Cassandra was very rude and dismissive. When asking me questions she just looked at me like I was ignorant. The doctor was a lot nicer, sent me home with pain medicine, but wish she would have give been more attentive and understanding why I was in so much pain and got to the root cause instead of masking it with pain medication.
I’m really not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I visited this facility today and found everything about it exceptionally positive. It was so clean. The front desk staff were friendly, my nurse Matt made me feel at ease and was nonjudgmental, Dr. Stewart was professional, kind, had great bed-side manners and patient with my questions. I was in and out within 1 hour. Highly recommend.
