2/1 It seems that the whole of the Henry Ford Health System has taken tips from Wayne County as to how to handle telephone calls. Ie: You can't talk to anyone or leave voicemail. The phones ring, and ring, and ring. Patients are referred to as "consumers." And the "manager" of "Consumer Experience" can't be bothered to return phone calls either. Do not seek care at Henry Ford Detroit Cancer Detroit location (Pavillion or whatever its called). Specifically with Dr. Mirana Hijaz, who's bedside manner is about as pitiful as it gets. They delay appointments and have providers who dont even check a patients chart properly to assure proper care is being given. If you care about your loved one, go to Karmanos or UM Cancer.

The doctors, especially Dr. Walker and her staff, nurses and everyone that treated me could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. The building is very nice and parking is free.
