Called and Was told come right in as a walk-in to get longer wire on my hearing aid. I drove all the way there and they said must make appt with the person who sold my aids 3years ago. Don’t believe their words when you buy an aid when they say you can just walk in for this type of work. They want their doctor fees and waste your time in the process. The front desk staff deserves 1 star, Brenda Smith especially, you all are rude. How can you sit there and ignore the patients/ customers and have a conversation ? and then when I get frustrated because you all don’t value the e-check-in services that are provided to make check in easy, you want to have something to say? It always baffles me how someone in any position that gives them an assumption of power trys to take advantage of that position.
