The first time I came in was amazing and that was a year ago. They told me to schedule an appointment for a checkup on my birth control and how I was doing on it. I set it for a year out and today I found out I didn’t have an appointment even though I did schedule one and had a family member there with me to witness it. They said the next appointment they can schedule me for is a month out keep in mind I had to cancel work and so did my family member to help get me to this appointment.
Great service, I just wish the MA’s weren’t gossiping outside my door every time. Had to wait a few times bc they are gossiping or ordering food for a shot or readings.
This was my first visit with Dr. Nnaji, DO, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly compassionate, down-to-earth, and welcoming. She took her time with me, really listened to my concerns, and answered every question I had without any judgment. Waiting room empty, showed up 15 minutes early and Drs were late 15+ minutes to the appointment.
Definitely wouldn’t go here for pregnancy.
