You are not a Number. From the first time I walked in, scared, freshly diagnosed with Lung Cancer. The staff at Henry Ford have held my hand, encouraged me, been available for questions and had answers for me. Dr. Vance from my consultation to follow up appointments has been nothing but gracious and caring. The nursing staff, receptionist staff, and my main therapists (Brian and Amber) were amazing! I did have a few other therapists that were available in their absence, and they were incredible as well. Thank you for helping me through this unchartered territory and making it a journey that went well. Blessings to all of you and 'keep doing what you are doing.'
Very kind, caring people. Always smiling and willing to answer any questions. Dr Vance is awesome! He is very easy to talk to and takes the time to explain things.
Everyone was so caring and helpful and explained everything so well, answered all questions you had never rushed you and genuinely cared if you were scared or innovation and helped as much as they could
It was our first time there and the staff were very attentive and cordial. My Mother was very happy with the Doctor that will be responsible for her radiation and treatment.
