I love the hospital, which is why I don’t use our local hospital and drive to Jackson. Your phone system SUCKS!! I tried calling three times on one day and was on hold for 51:30, 29:28 and 1:00.10 (I have the records to prove it) and after the last hold, the call was dropped. FIX THE PHONES!!!
I seen Dr. ANNALIESE Bangert FNP-C IEP urgent care E. Mich Ave Very compassionate listened to the problem ordered a boot to make it more comfortable for me . Thank you so much . Also handled care link for me to 🫶
