I was in contact with the care experience team. I expressed the foul, inhumane abusive treatment I received at the HF Albion office and was to get a report back after they "investigated". No on ever reported back to me of their findings. Their inaction will have consequences.

I will NEVER come back or recommend anyone to this clinic. I have HIGH anxiety and have tired multiple different meds a friend recommended an emotional support animal. After I got one I needed a doc note for my apartment complex to keep my pet so I went in to see my PCP. My doctor was kind and listed to what I was saying but on my way out a nurse said “whatcha gonna get…a hamster” and started laughing at me.
