Was a nice lab till new rule that my AIC blood draw was now being sent to Henry Ford Health in Detroit. One week later no results back, then they tried to tell me not enough blood to run the test. They took 5 vials of blood. Haven't been back since.
Great place to have blood work performed. Very rarely much of a wait and the staff is very friendly.

Called to get details for my lab work I need done and the lady on the phone was extremely rude.
Wouldn't draw my blood pass 4:15 (@4:20) because they said they'd have to spin and they didn't want to stay late. ●● Don't we need employees that want to go above and beyond?!!!
