Extremely frustrating when sitting there waiting to be checked in for labs and the receptionist just ignores you but when people come out to be checked out she will check them out and then check the two patients in for labs before 730am. When saying something her reasoning was is that the lab doesn’t open until 730. Why where the other two people checked in and taken right back if there was already people waiting to be checked in for labs? Laziness. I would not recommend this location. I’ve had such great experiences here for lab work, everyone is so friendly and I’m always in and out quickly. Recently my 4 yr old daughter and I had to wait for over an hour for her doctor’s office to send over the lab requests and the girls behind the counter made her feel so special the entire time. They really made the experience positive for her and she has asked to go back since. Thanks you girls! You are the best.
