The whole team is amazing. My whole family wears glasses and they have all been amazing! Helped us diagnose our son with an optic nerve condition and help us stay up to date with regular visits

Today 26-Jan-2024 I had an appointment @ 2:45, somehow when it was sent to the calendar on my phone it mistakenly read 3:00, so I arrive at 2:56. The front desk stated I was late and that I wouldn't be seen, I was next door at the antique shop waiting for my appointment, a quick phone call could have resolved the issue. Not only did I miss my appointment but I was charged 60 dollars for being 11 minutes late. I expected far more from a family runned business and am very disappointed with the service I received today.
