The service was really disappointing for such a nice space and great food. Both the male and female looking after the floor on Sunday evening were disinterested and cold in providing service, things like taking a drinks order, then taking another 5-10 minutes to enter it into the system for the bartender to begin making it. "Want to order food?" "drinks?" with a cold unfriendly look, is as much effort that was put into our table for the whole 2 hour reservation. We have been to the venue 4 times now, the last 2 New Year’s Eve celebrations and now 2 lunch time experiences. An amazing place, the highlight is the view, the layout of the venue is exceptional but the most outstanding thing is the dedication the staff and crew have to ensuring everyone has a great time. I don’t think I have ever seen staff have such a professional approach whilst at the same time having great fun. Well done Henry Dean.
