I will start by saying that I like Dr. West and her vet techs. They are knowledgeable and have always been kind to me, my children, and our animals. However, I called one Tuesday morning because one of my cats, a patient of theirs, was not drinking and was lethargic. I did not want her to get dehydrated as she had been like that for 2 days.
