Absolutely awful. Told I couldn't pick up until after 5, but their hours say they close at 5. Get here a half hour early, just in case - no one here. They have 2-3 different phone numbers listed online, all of which I tried multiple times. U-haul had to find me a different truck in the area. Don't use this place. Poorly organized, obviously zero customer service, and ontop of that it's in the middle of nowhere on a gravel road.
