I scheduled an appointment on Friday for service on Monday. Over the weekend, an unexpected expense arose, and I needed to cancel the appointment. I called Monday morning as soon as the office opened to cancel. I was informed that I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee because I had not provided 24 hours’ notice. I explained the circumstances and spoke with management, but the fee was still enforced. I called about a possible outlet issue and went to voicemail. Chris called right back in 10 minutes. I explained my possible issue and he spoke to me for about 30 minutes of what was most likely happening. I learned so much on that call and I am so thankful for the lesson. I am going to see what happens over the weekend and he was so understanding. He said to give him a call whenever. Also, it is Easter weekend and he still advised me to call him if I need him to come out. Thank you so much!!!
