This is the place I first went to when I made it known my struggles with mental health. My mother found the closest place, via recommendation from a school counselor, and I have been with them since 2020 I believe. I have since become clean from many self harming behaviors, as well as went into therapy which has helped me so much. I absolutely love Natalie the therapist, she is such a good therapist and I enjoy talking to her even if it’s just about random things sometimes instead of therapy. I walked in and I was patiently waiting and a lady grabbed a hold of me and asked why I was my hands were shaking and I told her because I haven't ate lunch yet and so she grabbed me took me to the back room slamming into the wall told me only God knows what I've done grab me by my shirt ripped me off the door and threw me out the front door in front of a bunch of witnesses....kilana keyshawna seen it all they fired her.. and I asked them why would you let people do that to people they said never happened it never happened t... read more
The website is dishonest about business hours and the staff looks for every opportunity to turn tax paying citizens away. You would be better off petitioning your district leaders and city council members to employ better staff, than making an attempt to come here. This place SUCKS. The staff should be replaced IMMEDIATELY
I started treatment as to this facility back at the end of 2017 when I first moved. And it was a life saver. I have been in treatment with this place for 8 years consistently. Seems like a few years ago policies and employees changed rapidly and quickly. Now?.... I can't ever get a hold of any doctor or secretary to answer the phones, I can't even get a hold of anyone to grant my doctor's permissions to release my records to my new employer, and the communication about my appointments has gone down the drain.
