If you're going to have someone answering the phones as the first point of contact, you should make sure they know what customer service is. Whoever I had the pleasure of talking to clearly had no idea what that meant or just didn't care. She even admitted she was being a smart ass. I will say that all interactions I've had at the actual office have been great, just get one of these employees to train the other woman and you'd be fine.
I would never recommend this place. My dr was lazy and passed work to other Dr's. I would give a 0 if I could. No wonder they have a 2.9 rating. Go somewhere else.My Dr was Mallick. Don't recommend.
The lady who is answering the phone today is so unprofessional and rude! Today was a first appointment and I was calling to confirm the time, she was huffing and puffing in my ear clearly unhappy about having to talk to me and help.. after she tells me the time, she hangs up on me. I'll find another place for care.
