Everyone has always been friendly and understanding.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. And it keeps giving, rude on the phone, rude in person, Dr Malik is rude and doesn’t listen. The NP’s were also rude and dismissive. I had issues when the Dr changed meds and they showed no concern. Didn’t ask what was happening, said I could wait weeks or go to the ER. They have caused a disruption in the continuity of my husbands care because he dared to challenge them. I personally dealt with practice manager Sherry and was embarrassed for her.
