Dr. Choi was very professional and knowledgeable
I called due to an emergency and was needing an urgent appointment. I explained my pain level, symptoms, discomfort and also stated I wasn't sure if it was due to infection or inflammation. CLAUDIA was very rude, inconsiderate and definitely insensitive. Suggested I contact another regular eye Dr stating Dr Choi only deals with retina issues which I'm fully aware being that I've been a patient of his for years. Dr choi himself has told me to contact the office if an emergency arises because ER visits are pointless in my case... read more
