Horrible communication between Doctor and patient. Pushed off to PA without communication with patient. Horrible communication from PA. Horrible communication between staff members. Ball is CONSTANTLY getting dropped.
Excellent personality. Very professional. Made me feel relaxed.
I'd give more stars but their lack of a Hoyer lift for those who have issues standing or heavier people. Seems to be no help there or lack of wanting to help people get up from a wheel chair onto a table. Why ?? Friendly staff yes. Just missing a key device & training on using a simple device in that office. Needs to be addressed. There are many with issues standing or getting up you know. Thanks !
Thank you to Dr. Wright for going out of his way to accommodate the needs of my husband. He squeezed in a procedure that we may have waited a month to get done. Very considerate and empathetic to his patients. We would highly recommend him
