I wish I gathered more feedback before I trusted this person (I can’t even call him a doctor) with my child’s health. We had a good experience with another doctor from the same clinic that retired. I thought that they had all good doctors. But was I wrong… I was very disappointed with Dr. Ou’s care. He didn’t clearly explain how my child’s adenoidectomy went or what to expect afterward.
