During the first visit, he took time to understand the situation and completed a detailed roof inspection. He checked the shingles, looked through the attic, and took photos and notes so nothing was missed. I’m very impressed with Henry Brothers Roofers LLC and the crew. We had a small roofing job to replace two skylights after a bathroom remodel, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We were a little worried because rain was in the forecast, so we called with concerns about doing skylight work during wet weather. Our experience with Henry Brothers Roofers LLC was excellent from start to finish. After a strong storm with hail moved through Mars Hill, Jamie offered to inspect our roof and clearly pointed out the areas where shingle damage could be seen. He explained the condition of the roofing in simple terms, answered our questions, and suggested that we contact our insurance company so the issue could be reviewed properly.
