We used your firm two years ago for our adoption. This morning, I called with a simple question to clarify something related to the adoption, as we’ve recently encountered an issue. Unfortunately, the interaction left me very disappointed. Received a bill for $567.50 for Ms. Eggert to send and receive emails. To be clear Ms. Eggert charges $55.00 to send an email. I am worse off now than before I retained this firm. No, I’m not paying the $27.50 charge to “review” the cancellation email I sent
Heather Eggert helped with my estate planning documents. She was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I have recommended friends for her services as well. I would definitely go back to Attorney Eggert for legal advice in the future.
