I got my septorhinoplasty done with Dr. Barham and I requested that the tip be more upturned and my nose have more of a button nose (swooped bridge) appearance. This was also supposed to improve my breathing. Unfortunately, none of these things happened. I had surgery with this doctor twice, and my experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I initially went to him for a septoplasty and rhinoplasty, trusting that both my breathing issues and cosmetic concerns would be properly addressed. After the surgery, I experienced no improvement in breathing, and the rhinoplasty result was also unsuccessful. Dr. Barham and his staff have been excellent. He has a great bedside manner along with his attending physicians.
