I asked the front desk if they carried my insurance. I did not hear back by day 6 so I called and left a message. By day 8 I still didn't recieve a call back so I called and finally spoke to the front desk. The front desk gal was like ummm oh yeah you want to make an appointment? This office is unprofessional and ridiculous. It doesn't take 8 days to check insurance. Wasn't wasting anymore time. The new office I go to checked my insurance asap. It starts at the front. You shouldn't be in the mental health business.
She loves her patients and not many doctors do that anymore. Sometimes doctors are late because they actually are listening to the patient before.
I wish i could give this office and doctor 0 stars. After going in and spending an hour explaining my background i was told i need an EKG and blood work. No problem, 2 weeks later i return and the doctor has no idea who i am. She has a lady there writting everything down, you would think as a medical professional you would look at who is coming in next? Not even close. She asked me to refresh her memory (even tho her aid is next to her with the computer open, read your notes). Then tells me to go get bloodwork and an ekg. Bo... read more
