Only docking a star because of inconsistent communication, but the free delivery is so helpful and they get me a serious discount on my migraine meds <3
When they actually fill the Rx, the mailing service is convenient. The problems I had with them are that one Rx went unfilled, no follow up, others needed prior authorization and the pharmacy failed to contact provider or patient, and opted instead to just let it sit unfilled until I inquired about it. Can’t help but to feel sorry for the people who take their insurance issues out on their pharmacist who started this business from scratch but competes with the service offerings of Fortune 500 companies. My entire family uses this pharmacy. He will have a prescription ready in minutes if he has the inventory, or even stay open a couple minutes late for his customers if they are in a pinch. 10/10 recommend this location, elite pharmacy right here.
Never checked on the patient, left the pee sitting on the counter and never got tested.
