I recently had an appointment at the Henrico County Health Department for vaccines, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM. We arrived 15 minutes early to ensure all paperwork was completed beforehand and promptly filled out the necessary registration documents after checking in. Whoever answers the phone says you cant talk to someone who can answer legal and medical tb questions. They wont pass a note to get a call back without first obtaining all your legal information. Its like calling the gestapo or kgb.
