They don’t answer phones on a Monday an hour after they open. When they forwarded my call, probably before they remembered to put their office cellphone on Do Not Disturb, I had to listen to the same message twice: once in English, and once in Spanish before I could leave a message. The whole state of Virginia’s Department of Health sucks in one way or another. Hopefully they’re efficient once I actually get in contact with someone within the 24-48 hours they say it takes to get acknowledged.
Henrico east clinic receptionist on the phone was rude and as soon as she heard we were spanish was even more rude. Definitely racist. It's sad because this is the main reason most don't even try to get treatment.

I recently had an appointment at the Henrico County Health Department for vaccines, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM. We arrived 15 minutes early to ensure all paperwork was completed beforehand and promptly filled out the necessary registration documents after checking in.
