My mother was coming home from the hospital after two weeks and I needed her bathroom super clean for her. I was able to email and explain my sense of urgency and they were able to send out two very qualified and superior cleaners in very short time. Thank you so much for getting the job done. We are thinking about using their service on a regular basis because we were so satisfied.
My dog decided to have a horrible #2 accidents last night all over my son’s expensive and custom cut rug in his room. I called Henrick Carpet Cleaning first thing Saturday morning. I highly recommend Henrick Carpet Cleaning company for all carpet cleaning jobs. Douglas and his colleague arrived on schedule and completed the cleaning of my carpets in less than two hours. With 12 years in the industry, it's difficult to match his carpet knowledge and skill. My carpet has never looked better as it does now. The scheduling procedure went well, and communication was superb all the way through. I will definitely use this company again.
We used Henrick Carpet Cleaning for our yearly cleaning to keep up with our carpet warranty. They were quick to schedule appointment, on time, and fast at their job. Carpets looked great. They even took the time to explain their work to us and why they use certain products. They left us a bottle of spot cleaner which is amazing! It has come in handy with our new puppy! We will be using them again!
They called before showing up at the door, they were here when they said they would be, they were very professional. The next morning I notice a couple of spots they missed. I called and got a positive response and an appointment as soon as they were available. They came out again and cleaned the 2 areas without charging me. I was even given a free bottle of spot remover.
