Outstanding customer service...
Sad they closed down. Me and my ex fiancé had good times there. Before she dumped me for another man.
Bough a gift and left it for monogram, they told me to come back the same day after 6pm. I came back the next day after 6 pm and the item had not been monogramed, they said that the person ws not there but that a lady would try to do it. She had been hurt from an accident so there she is trying while she is hurting and no one else trained to do it.
Sorry that they are closing!
