I have recently relocated from London and needed my watch strap repaired and noticed the reviews for Henns and decided to give them a go. A friendly and efficient service from start to finish ( thank you Katherine!). I had been wanting to get this strap fixed properly for a while - it was done within 30 minutes - which allowed me to have a coffee and conduct errands. I have a few watches that need repair and I will be back!
Very helpful and friendly when I popped in for a watch strap repair Also received a promised call back a few days later which to be honest I wasn't expecting as call backs are often promised but rarely received. Carl was very knowledgeable helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with . Wish you could give more than 5 stars. Further to the above. This jewellers is my favourite. The staff are great. Had my engagement ring from here, both wedding rings plus an Eternity Ring. They recently put together a valuation for insurance purposes. Highly recommended
