We bought a wood stove from Hennings back in 2000 and had a great experience. So, we recently reached out in person to buy another one for our new home. It still looks like it's a family business but they don't want to sell wood stoves. Nope, every effort to contact them is a dead end! No messages are EVER returned. Molly, the 'office manager' gives the impression that she's there to help..in person. But, she cannot manage to communicate with customers or relay messages. I'm so sorry we were not able to get in touch with you. After I tried to call back and the call could not connect I forgot to try again after the customer I was helping had left. I am so sorry you had this experience and I apologize for the lack of communication. The phone number you used today was a cell phone number and for some reason the call would not connect. We have always had a good relationship with Fireplaces Plus and I am glad you were able to get help even if we were not able to help you.
