On Sunday, January 11, 2026, at approximately 3:37 PM, during non-business hours, I experienced a serious safety incident involving one of your drivers. While merging onto the freeway, the driver operated the vehicle in a reckless and aggressive manner, nearly forcing me off the shoulder of the road.
