Awful customer service. First time using them. I was ready to pay bill at time of service but had to go next door to get my check book. Driver said don't worry about it they will send you bill. Bill was sent to tenant and I never received. When I did months later, I called to pay immediately. Was meant with robotic response from both clerk and manager they would not waive late fee even though I told them I never received bill and the minute I did receive bill I called to pay.
