They really do hate black people. They clearly discriminate against us. I showed up late 30 minutes late after being forced to work 20 hours of overtime a week in the oven with no controlled air. It was my first week of ridiculous overtime. They have a policy where you can't miss work or be late for 90 day probation period but this girl I was in orientation class with missed a day of work and she was able to keep her job.
