Amazing company! My fiancé had my engagement ring custom made there and they were incredible start to finish. The ring turned out perfectly and we couldn’t be happier! The staff were very patient with my fiancé during the design stages, flexible on using materials repurposed from various old family rings mixed with new materials, and overall provided top quality customer service throughout the whole process! 10/10, would recommend for your jewelry needs!
I lost the centre diamond in my engagement ring. Karrie was so very helpful in instructing me how to send my ring for safe delivery (I live in Nova Scotia). She kept in contact with me re status of the repair. She was so efficient and thoughtful. The repair work was terrific and timely. Thank you so much Karrie and Justin.
