It was probably the worst experience I have ever had with an overseas company I would never purchase anything from them again I paid them $5500 dollars for some electronics, and it took 35 days to get here because of their incompetence. I rang them 17 times, and they never once answered the phone
Hennessey customer service is fantastic and went above and beyond to help my son and I. We had my cranking battery go bad on vacation, so I used the opportunity to upgrade to a Ionic 125ah cranking battery. They didn't have and one in stock but he reserved one of the two he just ordered for use. After installing the battery the app said it was 64% we ran about 15min to our area and fished 4hrs with graphs and livewell on. When we retuned to the dock the battery was at 66%. WOW!
