I have used this office for myself and my children. I was charged for the same exact service 8 months apart because they failed to check the records. The only reason I was made aware of this was because my insurance refused to pay their claim. They did a customer courtesy for the insurance portion, but failed to offer my co payment back until I asked for it. I asked the same day they were preforming work on one of my children.
