Always great service. No matter the job. Much appreciation. Been going to Marcus for many years.
We stopped in to remove diamonds from a ring. He removed them in less than a minute and charged us nothing. Excellent service
Brought my mom’s family ring in to have repaired. Fairly quick turn around. Good price. Friendly service. I would go back.
Sent in my watch to have the battery replaced. He broke the glass trying to replace it; offered to fix it for free. That was over a year ago. Keeps saying the part is on back order. Never answers the phone. Never calls to update on my watch. The last 3 times I've gone to the store during business hours he's been closed for some arbitrary reason ("Gone Fishing - have a good weekend" posted on a Thursday). Either do your job, or close up shop. Hard to imagine how you stay in business when you're this aggressively incompetent.
