Steer clear from purchasing from Ashton Woods Homes!! Here are a few reasons why: They give you cheap appliances with a 1 year warranty. Our whirlpool dishwasher broke down in 18 months 😡 and expense that shouldn't be happening so soon after you moved in to your newly built home! You are also unable to use the self clean on the ovens because the heat pressure shatters the door glass and then it runs down to the other oven!!! Wonderful but not monitored enough. Don’t see my family here long term due diligence of community and it evolving as rapidly as it is within its new terms without proper mechanism for safety of all kinds. I did bump up rating as it’s an evolving community and they have shown they take feedback seriously and follow up and follow through. It is appreciated and does not go unnoticed
