The Dr here was ok but when I got the bill, it was $500 for a primary care visit. Shocked I called billing and they gave me nothing but this is just a new patient visit. I've never paid this kind of money for a primary care visit. I would not recommend Hennepin health especially after not being able to explain the bill.
The nursing staff guided me smoothly through the visit, from the doctor’s office to the laboratory. This clinic operates with exceptional professionalism and care. As an immigrant, I have felt genuinely welcomed and respected, which has strengthened my confidence in the compassion and dedication found in the United States. I cannot speak highly enough of this team. They consistently do their best to support and care for their patients. They truly deserve 10000 stars from me. Thank you thank you gracias merci prego
