Mr Hennenfent was the lawyer for my parents estate. Settling the estate started in 2003. Shortly after starting on closing the estate, he raised his hourly fee by 42%. As time went by, Mr Hennenfent stopped sending annual reports on the estate so we, the heirs, had to hire a second lawyer to get the estate in front of a judge, causing the estate to pay for two lawyers.
