Great service, knowledgeable mechanics and manager. I have been a long time customer and I'm familiar with shop operations. Errors or miscommunication can happen anywhere. But I find this shop way more reliable than Terminal Ave or Boundary MB shops.
I am someone who does not post many reviews but this one is required. I brought in my 2000 CLK430 in for repair as suspension was making a clunking noise. The noise was very obvious and the shop told me that they would diagnose before continuing with any repairs. I got a call a few hours after dropping off the car and I was told that the noise was coming as the current suspension components (shocks and struts) were incorrect for the vehicle and swapping would remove the noise.
