Great experience here! I had a clunking noise coming from my car and was misdiagnosed by a couple places - Dave & his team figured out what the issue actually was… quickly and also did my oil change for me in less than an hour. I’ve been looking for a mechanic for my Mercedes for a couple years and now I have one!
My check engine light turned on when I was driving. Called Dave and asked how concern I should be. He assured me it was fine and to bring the car in on the next day. They scanned the car and replaced a faulty thermostat and replaced the coolant. I asked if I needed an oil change and he said no, I haven't driven my car enough to warrant a change. I love how honest they are. They could have replaced it but he doesn't oversell you which is why I give 5 stars. Excellent service!
I came here to diagnose a driving noise and they correctly identified a broken engine mount. Customer service was good, and I got an appointment within a week. However they quoted 7.3 hours for the repair, which I later did at another shop in 5 hours. Overquoting by that much is unacceptable. They also recommended a lot of unrelated work, resulting in a 4k+ estimate I didn’t ask for. Routine services like oil changes for BMWs are also pricier than other shops. Do not recommend
