I contacted Heena's beauty salon to discuss hair toner following a balayage done elsewhere. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. She was very honest about what could be done after looking at my hair texture. She did not want me to spend money unless it worked. Customer satisfaction was her top priority. Afiyah their hairstylist was able to tone my hair perfectly to the ash shade I wanted. I had a wonderful experience! Sneha did my deep cleansing and threading, and she was absolutely amazing—very polite, attentive, and truly listened to my preferences. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. I also got my haircut done by Afia, and she gave me exactly the look I wanted. She understood my vision perfectly and delivered it beautifully. I would definitely recommend both of them for their excellent service and professionalism!
