My friend and I were treated very poorly at your store. The staff member was disrespectful, unhelpful, and ultimately asked us to leave despite us being there to shop. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I would like to speak with management as soon as possible.

I'm a fool for not getting our host's name, but I must say he was a GEM! Not only was he able to do simple henna for my 3 daughters and me because the regular artist wasn't in until Saturday (after we would be home from our vacation), but when one of my daughters accidentally bumped hers before it was dry, he repaired and added a little more to it for no additional charge. Thank you SO MUCH for your kindness and service. The mom with 3 girls from Colorado.
