Poor service/communication. We have been waiting since early March for an estimate. The contractor was late for our meeting. He said it would be the next week before the estimate was ready. I talked to him again in early May and he said he had 2 more estimates to do before ours. It is now the middle of June and still no word.
I have 5 industrial properties in my portfolio in South Chicago-land and I've trusted Henn and Sons for several years with many facets of repairs, remodels, and emergency needs on them. I've always got fair pricing, and quality results.
Henn & Sons is the only contractor to mention when construction is the topic of discussion. They have run through multiple generations and are still the definition of a family-owned business. 10/10 recommend them for all of our future projects.
