These folks are the absolute best! I called them yesterday because my washer was coming up with an error code. Amy looked up my washer by serial number and told me it’s age. (Washer came with the house) Because it wasn’t that old she recommended service. Trevor was able to come the same day and solve the problem. I have bought my last appliance from Lowe’s. If I can’t walk out with it, forget it. Bought a refrigerator from them a yr ago. Told me it would be here in a week. Two weeks later still no fridge. They never answer the phone at customer service. Henlopen Appliances is the best. Just bought a new range from them. We purchased all of our appliances from Henlopen 2.5 years ago when we built our home and cannot say enough about their OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!! To keep this from being a long story I will just say we had a couple of things happen (not due to their fault) & they graciously worked with us.
Outstanding customer service, both in sales and delivery/installation. I called to order a specific washer that I had seen at the local box stores, and was advised that the model was actually discontinued and box stores were trying to sell them out. They recommended the replacement model, which had far superior features, and gave me a great deal. To top it off, the machine was delivered and installed within 2 days. Will definitely use Henlopen Appliance for every future purchase!
worthless, hit my car yesterday being inpatient, then take no responsibility.then have the driver call to argue with me over it,this place is a joke. not professional at all.
Have had some serious problems with a 2 yr old washer under warranty. After some service calls from the manufacturer with no resolution, turned to Henlopen Appliance for guidance. In less than a week, They negotiated a complete replacement! Don’t even think of buying your appliances from anyone else, they are so over the top! Thanks to all!
