My experience at ImmediaDent has been good. They are normally pretty busy, but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
It is a complete joke. They where the only one who took our insurance, so we drove all the way from Hamilton, Ohio to dayton. When we got there (instead of when we called) they informed us they where short a dentist, and that we had a three hour wait. We watched them take another walk in with an appointment that came together but came after us. We left after waiting four hours. The only reason they get one star is I had to click on one to warn you. This is the worst place I have ever seen and I will NEVER go back.
i will NEVER let anyone i know go to this place! half of my tooth and my whole filling fell out so i went to immediadental and i arrived at 5pm and i got in there at about 7:30. i was sitting in the chair and the dentist comes in and looks at me and says "why are you crying i haven't touched you yet" i said "my mouth hurts really bad" (may i remind you my left side of my face was as big as a grapefruit?!?!) he look at his nurse and rolled his eyes and the nurse just turned around and started laughing! so i ignored it because... read more
