Olay was more than a sales consultant, she was super patient and quite responsive with all our questions throughout the sales period. Despite us telling her that we were not looking to buy soon, she actually gave us enough more than enough time to ask our questions and clarify.We were intitally just enquring just to get a sense of Henley homes however before you know it we had paid our initial deposit, after her consultation we had more clarity and now since had our interior design appointment and she still checked in on us ... read more

It’s our second house building with Henley and we were lucky to have a wonderful consultant like Olay. Olay’s friendliness, architectural skills, listening skills, politeness and exceptional customer service allowed us to create our custom dream home. We highly recommend Olay and we can’t thank her enough for providing an outstanding experience. Thanks so much Olay, keep up the great work 😊

I would not recommend Olay as a sales consultant with Henley. If I could offer one piece of advice, please choose a different consultant. She often failed to explain important steps in the process clearly, and when I asked for clarification, her response was usually along the lines of “as per our meeting,” or “as per my previous email,” rather than actually helping me understand. Display homes are very welcoming and eye catching however, the staff not so quite. A young lady named Olay welcomed us in but that was after putting out her cigarette that she had hurriedly finished. It was quite difficult to communicate with her due to the excessive smell of smoke coming off her. Maybe something worth chatting to staff about. Other than that experience, the homes are quite delightful and the consultant was very helpful.
