I bought a townhouse, there are several quality issues, to mention one important item, the backyard fence was not installed properly, which caused to bounce off and fall off during one of the storm. And the Customer Care, including Warranty team rejected to fix it and ask the owner to take care of it. I wouldn’t recommend this property, the quality of the Construction is very poor.

I recently purchased a home in this community and I can’t express how much I love it. Lashara was my sales agent and when I say she went above and beyond to get my home closed, that’s exactly what she did. She was kind, understanding and so helpful during the whole process. Jeremy was my superintendent and he was easily available, helpful and so nice to me. I love my home, my community and the whole process with D.R Horton. I highly recommend this community and builder.
