Only one washer is working in the laundromat. That is after they already took half of the washers and dryers away from us. This place is falling apart. Constantly cutting off our water, no working washers, constantly filthy laundromat, homeless people camping by the pool at night, homeless people digging in the dumpsters and throwing all of it on the ground. What a shame
They cut off our water all the time. I just got home from work completely drenched in sweat and there is no water. This is completely unacceptable
If you’re looking for an apartment that just looks nice, and you’re not worried about anything else, this is the place to be. Otherwise, stay away! I have had a group of homeless people living behind my unit and harassing me since I moved in 6 months ago, and the office does nothing to mediate. The laundry room is constantly disgusting and they recently removed half of the washers and dryers. There is poop in the laundry room that has been there for at least a week. The laundry room is always completely trashed and the trash can is always full. The cherry on top is that they took away half the washers and dryers when the dryers don’t dry half the time and some of them have an error code that doesn’t let you use them
They are threatening to lock all residents out of the pool we pay to be in because kids have been acting up. What does that have to do with any of us? No idea
