Tony was really good, he did a fantastic job as he took us through the whole tender process step by step and in the end it just gave us more confidence about our future build with Henley.
The sales team and our site supervisor have been fantastic — professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, Henley’s head office is the complete opposite. Head office communication is poor, dismissive and inconsistent. They don’t engage with customers, they don’t pick up the phone, and they make you feel like raising concerns is an inconvenience.
